Centre Hastings Park is home to a wide range of recreational and community facilities, including the Skate Park, Splash Pad, and Performing Arts Centre.
The park features:
- Two skate parks
- A three-deck mega-tower playground
- A 4,000 sq. ft. splash pad
- A full-service canteen and ice cream shop
- Indoor washrooms
- A rental/service building for skateboards, BMX bikes, and scooters
- Several shaded structures and picnic areas
- A Performing Arts Centre
The main skate park spans 12,700 sq. ft. and includes a 6’ mini bowl with waterfall, hip transfer angled ledge, various ledges, rails, and a double roller. It offers a balanced mix of street and transition features. The 3,500 sq. ft. Bunny Pad provides gentler obstacles and rolling features, ideal for beginners.
Only skateboards, inline skates, BMX bikes, and scooters are permitted on the skate areas. Mountain bikes are not allowed.
The park is open daily from 7:00 AM until dusk. Updates and announcements are shared through the park’s social media channels.
Seasonal staffing for the park and canteen runs from mid-May through the end of September, supporting maintenance, rentals, and washroom facilities.
We welcome families, businesses, school groups, and summer camps to contact us for reservations for parties and group gatherings.
