Community Trees Event – Growing a Greener Centre Hastings!

Each year, the Municipality of Centre Hastings proudly partners with Quinte Conservation to host our Community Trees Event—a great opportunity for residents to give back to the environment and help grow our local green spaces.

📍 Location: Centre Hastings Arts Centre (24 Seymour Street West, Madoc) – next to the skate park
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (while supplies last)

🌿 What to Know:

• Open to residents of Centre Hastings only
• Receive up to five (5) free tree seedlings per person

🌳 Before You Come:

• Bring a suitable container to transport your seedlings
• Keep trees cool, dark, and moist until planting to ensure they thrive

This initiative supports environmental stewardship while helping enhance the natural beauty of our community for generations to come.
