What an Incredible Finale to Our Summer Special Events Series With Gryphon Hawking

Gryphon captivated the audience with an engaging and educational program that explored the history of falconry, modern falconry practices, and the care of birds of prey. Attendees had the opportunity to see a magnificent Red-tailed Hawk and a majestic Bald Eagle up close, learn fascinating facts about these incredible raptors, and even participate in a live demonstration.

This event was proudly presented as the final Summer Special Event of the 2026 season, and we are grateful to everyone who came out to support community programming in Centre Hastings. Seeing families, youth, and nature enthusiasts come together to learn, explore, and connect made for a truly memorable afternoon.
