The Municipality of Centre Hastings Celebrates Employee Service Awards

During the Regular Council Meeting on January 7th, 2026, the Municipality of Centre Hastings proudly recognized the dedication and commitment of its staff through the Staff Service Award presentations. (The December 11th, 2025, meeting had been cancelled due to inclement weather.)

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all staff for their contributions to the Municipality and the community. This year, we are pleased to recognize the following individuals for their years of service:

• Alexander Kelly, Director of Finance/Deputy CAO – 5 years

• Kevin Hart, Director of Public Works – 5 years

In addition, two volunteer firefighters will be honoured later this month for their dedicated service:

• Chris Hoftyzer – 5 years

• Shawn Turpin – 20 years
