• Deficiency cleanup throughout St. Lawrence Street and Durham Street

• Preparing streets for surface asphalt paving

Monday, September 29, 2025

• Downtown detours in effect for:

  • Asphalt milling (butt-joints)

  • Street sweeping

• Roads will reopen upon completion of this work

Tuesday, September 30, 2025

• Surface asphalt paving on:

  • Durham Street (North & South)

  • St. Lawrence Street West (Russell)

  • St. Lawrence Street East (Davidson)

• Detours in effect in all paving areas

• Line painting will follow immediately after paving

Wednesday, October 1, 2025

• Downtown reopens to all traffic

• Detours in effect for:

  • St. Lawrence Street East (Russell to East Limit)

  • Surface asphalt paving continues (anticipated completion by October 3rd)
